Cirrus™

When breathability is key, Cirrus™ technology delivers. This lightweight, packable, microfibre fabric has a DWR coating to resist light rain while remaining absolutely breathable. Perfect for use in mild conditions.

 

ClimaCool

For sweat and heat management; offering ventilation and moisture management through the use of open vents, mesh or strategically placed ClimaLite® wicking fabrics.

 

ClimaLite

It wicks and transports liquid sweat away from the skin to the outer fabric for fast evaporation. It can be used in next-to-skin garments as a ClimaLite® garment or can be integrated into the construction of a ClimaCool® & ClimaProof® garment to facilitate moisture management.

 

ClimaProof

For wind and water protection: fabrics and constructions to ensure protection from adverse weather conditions. There are three levels: ClimaProof® Wind – wind and water repellent; ClimaProof® Rain – wind and waterproof; ClimaProof® Storm – wind and highly waterproof.

 

ClimaWarm

For thermal protection: thermal insulation fabrics plus constructions which may feature ventilation or ClimaLite® in key sweat zones

Coolmax Lycra allows moisture absorption so that garments don’t get clammy.<br/>

DriTec™

A supple, supportive fabric with a "substantial" yet soft, lightweight feel. Breathable Meryl® microfibre nylon resists pilling and dries quickly. Insport's DriTec™ is specially treated to permanently wick moisture, so you stay dry, comfortable and chafe-free.

 

DrySport

Insport’s own quick-drying moisture control fabric is incredibly versatile and now offered in several weights and constructions. This midweight version offers quick-drying performance in a more substantial weight.

 

Finetex®

Finetex 10,000 has been designed as the best “Resistance Evaporative Textile” to diffuse moisture by way of microscopic spacing between the PU molecules in the fabric and to create the wonders of the human skin - fabric keeping you constantly dry and comfortable.

 

Fourteen40 chamois

Specifically designed to provide a pinnacle level of comfort for riders who plan on spending 24 hours or more in the saddle. It features step-up technology increasing the padding density from low, to medium, to high in the areas where the most comfort is needed. Strategic, gender-specific construction also creates less friction; the articulating lines from the padding help position the chamois away from the body and closer to the saddle.

 

Fusion Pro 4-way Chamois

4-way stretch and molded anatomical design for a custom fit with superior comfort. It is Fusion welded to high-density foam for long distance comfort. Entirely seamless design eliminates chafing and antimicrobial, it also features Quadrotto, Eschler’s most advanced surface fabric for superior breathability and moisture management.

 

Gel Flow

Special strategically placed anatomical cutouts that improve comfort in the frontal soft tissue area. Anatomically designed for women and men, with the addition of genuine gel around the cutout.

 

Genuine Gel

The 1984 worldwide patented use of silicone gel; the lightest type of gel insert on the market it it also very durable. Absorbing properties upto 40% more than standard gels and 350% more than traditional padding. The elasticity and softness of the silicone "gel" insert creates a padding that gradually absorbs bumps and vibrations without excessively weighing down the saddle.

 

Gore-Tex® Paclite®

These lightweight, packable GORE-TEX® PACLITE® garments offer the most versatile weather protection. A protective layer on the membrane provides durability which means that these garments need no seperate lining. GORE-TEX® PACLITE® garments are the ultimate in extremely breathable, lightweight, packable weather protection.

 

Infinity Pad

The Infinity Pad features progressive damping with softer foam on the top surface, medium foam in the middle and in the most important sitting area, a special 4mm layer of Poron® OCU92. The Open Cell Urethane 92 padding from Poron gives better shock absorbing than gel. Poron is lightweight, breathable and avoids heat build-up. Meryl® microfibre layer with Sanitized® antimicrobial treatment.

 

LiquiCell® S2 Chamois

It contains S2-Seamless Stretch for optimal comfort. The antimicrobial surface fabric is super soft, dries in a flash and is entirely seamless in design to eliminate chafing. It has 4-way stretch and a moulded anatomical design with Eschler surface fabric for moisture management and breathability.

 

Mantovent

A new direction in research and development of waterproofing and transpiring membranes; thanks to its composition (100%EA) and the unique structure of its polymer, it is the real solution for creating fabrics and tailoring garments that offer high-level protection and enduring performance while remaining soft, elastic and lightweight.

 

Meryl®

Incredibly hard-wearing and unbelievably comfortable thanks to the exceptional ability to allow the escape of perspiration from the body to the atmosphere.

 

Micro C

A three-way moisture management fabric for those who enjoy managing moisture. Actually, the waffle stitch, the fibres themselves and the wicking finish treatment will do the moisture managing for you.

 

Momentum

This innovation in cycling jerseys takes its science from golf balls: the dimples are there to make the ball more aerodynamic. The surface pattern of Momentum mimics the dimples on a golf ball to break the surface drag and yield a more aerodynamic jersey. 100% polyester.

 

Nysport

Used where windproofness and waterproofness are necessary, but we can compromise on breathability and stretch. Perfect for emergency pieces, or where breathability can be designed into the garment.

 

Polartec®

This is the original fleece offering unparalleled quality and durability. The 100% polyester velour construction creates air pockets that trap air and retain body heat, thus providing warmth without the weight and bulk of traditional insulating fabrics. It also dries quickly to minimize heat loss and optimise comfort

 

Pre-Form Elastic

The Pre-Form Elastic pad uses progressive density foam to give comfort and protection. Meryl® microfibre top fabric with Sanitized® antibacterial treatment. 4-way stretch and our anatomic seat interface shape.

 

Quadterra

It boasts all the same performance characteristics of Quadterra Max (lightweight, breathable, wind resistant), but is lighter in weight.

 

Scotchlite®

Scotchlite is used in selected Endura garment prints for higher visibility and improved safety when the sun goes down.

SoftSport™

This lightweight, wickable polyester has enough stretch for a body-hugging fit. It also features a suede finish and a luxuriously soft hand.

Constructed for use during hot, sunny days when you need protection but going topless just isn't an option - our Solartec fabric is ultra-lightweight, with excellent breathability and moisture transfer to keep you cool and dry. So light that you might not even know it's there - but with an UPF protection of 30 you'll be glad it is.
Vapor(X)
Is considered an engineering marvel by those who deal in the wonderful world of performance fabric. High volume fibres stay closest to the skin to encourage moisture transfer, while compression fibres decrease in volume as the fabric stretches. The result is a fabric that 'vaporizes' moisture, combined with 'unsurpassable' muscle compression, stretch and recovery

Teflon®

It’s the most durable stain and soil protection product that doesn’t affect the look, feel, or breathability of fabrics. Unlike many hydrocarbon or silicon-based products which are only water repellent, Teflon® provides durable repellency against both oil- and water-based liquids. This helps keep outdoor fabrics cleaner longer

 

Thermagrid™

Ideal as a base layer or on its own, this versatile fabric offers outstanding moisture control, breathability and warmth. Built-in stretch provides unrestricted movement and a comfortable fit, while the smooth outer surface allows for easy layering.

 

Thermolite®

Thermolite Base lining fabrics contain engineered hollow-core fibres by Du Pont that offer superior performance as well as a soft, comfortable touch

 

Thinsulate™

The unique microfibres of Thinsulate™ insulation are about 10 times smaller than the fibres of other synthetic insulations, which means they're much more effective at trapping air - the more air trapped the more efficient the insulation - and reflecting back the body's radiant heat. It is also highly breathable, moisture resistant and easy to clean.

 

TopTexDry

Excellent warmth and breathability with a minimum of bulk make TopTexDry ideal for certain applications. Constructed of Dryarn microfibre polyproylene with Lycra® for stretch , the benefits of Dryarn are felt through the exceptional evaporation of moisture and the natural insulation of the polypropylene fibres.

Ultrasoft® Seat Pads

Ultrasof tseat pads are made with extra sensitive micro-fibre with high density foam rubber, 14mm thick inside, insuring maximum comfort.
Ultrasoft fits perfectly to the body, permitting great freedom of movement and avoiding the formation of creases and wrinkles.

 

Viper Micro

We've improved the features of Viper Lycra® to make a more comfortable jersey fabric. The brushed microfibres give a softer, almost cottony feel and improve wicking and breathability.

 

WindPro

Windproof and water-resistant membrane fabric with excellent stretch makes it ideal for use in close fitting clothing for active sports. Warmth is guaranteed thanks to the total wind protection, while comfort is helped by very good evaporation of moisture. Excellent for sports underwear where protection against the wind must not restrict freedom of movement.
